Disney Catered Events
Make your next private group gathering one to remember. Disney Catered Events include corporate celebrations, holiday parties, graduation celebrations, family reunions and more. Starting at around $2,500, your event may include a breakfast, lunch or dinner banquet, with buffet and plated options available. A 22% service fee and 4.712% Hawaii State Tax will apply.Note: Disney Catered Events do not include weddings. The minimum deposit for a Disney Catered Event will vary depending on the estimated final cost of your event. A signed Letter of Agreement, along with a nonrefundable deposit, will be required to confirm your event date and space, and to begin planning your event. This nonrefundable deposit will be applied to the minimum cost requirement of your event.

With its lushly landscaped grounds, beautiful white-sand beach and island motifs, Aulani Resort offers memorable spaces for special events.
While subject to availability, options include:
- Aulani Resort Beach, with its sweeping seascapes, soft sands and gentle trade winds
- ‘AMA‘AMA Patio, featuring a backdrop of Ko Olina and the Pacific Ocean*
- Hālāwai Lawn, a tropical garden oasis bordered by foliage and tall palm trees
- Kaiona Ballroom, a versatile event space that accommodates up to 300 Guests
- Ka‘ala Ballroom, designed for smaller gatherings of up to 120 Guests
- Rainbow Reef Patio, a raised deck that looks upon O‘ahu's only private snorkeling lagoon, filled with hundreds of native fish species
- Wailana Pool, Aulani Resort's tranquil pool, off the beaten path from the main pool area
- Kipuka Lawn, a rectangular garden setting cloistered in greenery and serenity
- Kipuka Courtyard, a secluded flagstone-paved space with a mosaic-tile fountain

Event spaces may be booked up to 12 months in advance of your event date, based on availability.
