To view rental rates, please enter your preferred travel dates into the site's booking module, along with your selected room type. Aulani never charges a Resort fee. All room rates include all applicable taxes.

Sorry, Aulani does not offer a day pass. Most amenities—including the pools, beach equipment and activities—are exclusive to overnight Guests staying at Aulani. However, day Guests are welcome to enjoy the dining, shopping and spa experiences offered at Aulani.

Parking Validation for Day Guests
The following parking fees apply for day Guests visiting Aulani:

• Self-parking for day Guests is $15 for the first hour and $5 for every half hour thereafter, up to $40
• Valet parking for day Guests is $40 per day

Complimentary Self-Parking for Day Guests

Enjoy complimentary self-parking at Aulani for 1 to 4 hours, depending on the location, when you spend $50 or more at the following venues:

• ‘AMA‘AMA – Contemporary Island Cooking – up to 4 hours
• Makahiki – The Bounty of the Islands – up to 2.5 hours
• The ‘Ōlelo Room, valid for purchases made between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM – up to 2.5 hours
• Off the Hook, valid for purchases made between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM – up to 2.5 hours
• Laniwai – A Disney Spa – up to 4 hours
• KA WA‘A – A Lū‘au at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa – up to 4 hours
• Merchandise locations, including Kālepa's and Hale Manu – up to 1 hour

To have your parking validated, please bring your parking ticket and purchase receipt to ‘AMA‘AMA, Makahiki or Laniwai – A Disney Spa.

Complimentary validation applies to one receipt of the requested value and NOT a combination of receipts.

While pets are not permitted, trained service animals are welcome in most locations at Aulani. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and keep them on a leash or harness while visiting. Cast Members are not permitted to take control of service animals.

Aulani features standard US-style power outlets, which emit approximately 110 to 120 volts at a 60-hertz current. International power adapters are available at the Front Desk.

Note: International power adapters do not change the voltage. If your appliance is compatible with multiple voltages, then an adapter is all you need. If your appliance is not compatible with voltages of 110 to 120, then you will need to bring a voltage transformer.

This Resort is a smoke-free environment. A $250 to $500 room recovery fee (plus tax) will be charged for smoking in Guest rooms, on balconies or on patios.

Disposable diapers are available for purchase at our gift shop—Kālepa's Store—located near the Maka‘la lobby on the ‘Ewa Tower side.

Electrical outlet covers and diaper disposal system are available upon request from the Front Desk.

While all rooms at Aulani Resort come with a complimentary Pack 'N Play^® Playard, we do not rent strollers or cribs.

Should you wish to rent a stroller or crib, please visit the Concierge Desk for information on local companies that may provide stroller and crib rentals.

Yes. Aulani features a limited number of outdoor gas grills, located beside Hālāwai Lawn.

“Room-only” cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations made 4 days or less before your arrival date (including no shows), a cancellation fee will be charged equivalent to the first night's room rate plus tax. Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice of cancellation or change will be subject to fees equivalent to the first night's hotel rate plus tax.

For a Walt Disney Travel Company vacation package—or if you have booked other components with your room such as flight or car rental—the required notification timeframe is 30 days or more, with a $400 cancel fee if notice is 29 days or less.

To cancel a reservation, call (866) 44-DISNEY or (866) 443-4763. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. If you have other reservations, they will not be cancelled unless you advise us.

Cancellation and refund policies are subject to change.

Please contact The Walt Disney Travel Company at (866) 443-4763 to rebook or cancel room-only reservations or Aulani Resort hotel packages. We will also process a refund to the original form of payment if a room-only or package payment had been made.

Please note that cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers, including airlines and rental cars, as well as nonrefundable products like travel protection plans, are deducted from refundable amounts for Walt Disney Travel Company packages. You will still be responsible for cancellation charges associated with third-party supplier policies.

Guests or Disney Vacation Club Members who book a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a cash or rental basis will receive cleaning every day, which includes: Bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathroom(s), kitchen/kitchenette and washing the dishes, removal of trash and towels, as well as replenishment of towels and amenities. Disney Vacation Club Members and their Guests staying on Member Points will receive trash & towel service on the fourth day; or if staying more than eight nights, you will receive full cleaning service on your fourth day and trash & towel service on your eighth day. Our Housekeeping Cast Members service rooms between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Should you wish to request a specific time, you may do so once at the resort.

Prior to your arrival, your room will undergo thorough cleaning—with attention to high-touch areas, like TV remotes and door handles. Guests or Disney Vacation Club Members who book a Disney Vacation Club Villa on a cash or rental basis will receive a light cleaning every day, which includes bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathroom(s), kitchen/kitchenette and washing the dishes, removal of trash and towels, as well as replenishment of towels and amenities. You can also decline every-other-day service. If you are staying on Member Points or Member Cash Discounts, you will be scheduled for trash & towel service on your fourth day. If you are staying more than eight nights, you will receive full cleaning service on your fourth day and trash & towel service on your eighth day.
