I permit the employees and agents of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa to provide the following types of medical assistance to my child:

Basic first aid, including treatments for scrapes, scratches, insect bites, bumps and bruises
Emergency and urgent medical care

I understand that each registered child will be issued a Youth Activities Keiki Band that utilizes radio frequency technology to enhance our secured children’s areas by simplifying the check-in and check-out process for parents and our youth counselors. There is a charge of $18 per Youth Activities Keiki Band upon check-in at Aunty’s Beach House, however, you may return the band on the last day of your stay for a full refund provided the band is not altered or damaged.

I understand that Aunty's Beach House has a zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Any such activity will not be tolerated. If my children under my guardianship display any inappropriate behavior (scratching, biting, bullying), the Youth Activities will contact me for follow-up.

I understand that Aunty’s Beach House prohibits photography and videography within all secured Youth Activities venues. Disney Photo Imaging photographers capture photos at various times at Aunty’s Beach House which can be viewed and purchased at the DPI desk on the ground floor near Makahiki Restaurant.
