  Step inside a festive, family-friendly restaurant inspired by the Makahiki season—the traditional Hawaiian celebration of the harvest. Here, the Makahiki story comes to life through delectable food, local artwork, intricate stained glass, jewel-toned murals and dramatic lighting.

  Dine indoors amid artful décor—or dine al fresco on a lovely lanai overlooking a koi pond.

  Makahiki – The Bounty of the Islands is open daily. Dining reservations can be made 30 days in advance.

  Start your day with a bountiful breakfast—and see some beloved Disney Characters.

  Satisfy your appetite with a 3-course breakfast featuring fresh, local ingredients. Your meal begins with a basket of baked goods and a platter of seasonal fruit. Then, enjoy your choice of entrée—with delicious options ranging from classic American dishes to island-inspired fare.

  Mimosas and Aloha Marys are available for Guests ages 21 and older.

  Disney Characters & Entertainment
  Be on the lookout for Mickey Mouse and some of his pals—appearing daily during breakfast at Makahiki. Upon arrival and throughout your meal, enjoy opportunities to take photos with Disney Characters.

  While you dine, delight in live entertainment from Aunty or Uncle—lifelong residents of Oʻahu.

  A Disney PhotoPass photographer will be on hand to capture your magical moments with Disney Characters. Disney PhotoPass photos taken at Makahiki are not included with your meal and can be purchased separately.

  Prices for the Disney Character Breakfast

  • Adults (ages 10 and up) – $49.00 plus tax and gratuity
  • Keiki (ages 9 and under) – $29.00 plus tax and gratuity

  Savor a delicious 3-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients.

  Your meal includes your choice of one starter, one entrée and one dessert—with multiple options for each course. The dinner menu showcases an enticing array of dishes, including succulent seafood, juicy steaks, plant-based cuisine and more.

  Guests ages 21 and older may select from a full bar menu that features a variety of wines, beers and spirits—including Hawaiian-inspired cocktails.

  Dress Code Guidelines
  Ensuring that this resort is family friendly is an important part of the Disney experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense.

  • Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.
  • If wearing a swimsuit, a cover-up is also required.
  • Costumes may not be worn by Guests 14 years of age or older.
  • Attire that is not appropriate for Resort Guests includes, but is not limited to:
    • Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
    • Excessively torn clothing or loose-fitting clothing which may drag on the ground and create a potential trip hazard
    • Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
    • Wedding attire including, but not limited to, white gowns, veils, tuxedos and other types of formal attire
  • Attire should conceal tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs.

  
  

  Reservations for Large Parties
  Dining parties on separate reservations cannot be guaranteed adjacent seating.

  Parking Validation
  Enjoy complimentary self-parking or valet parking at Aulani Resort for up to 2.5 hours when you spend $50 or more at Makahiki. Be sure to bring your parking ticket and purchase receipt with you.
